    Wonderful insights, as always, Cindy! I know how to better utilize the Status function now, especially in regards to what I am reading. I am currently reading Multipliers by Liz Wiseman. It is amazing and challenging my thinking. Posting it to my update would certainly relay to others that I am engaged in personal and professional growth.

    I still need to figure out the best headline and summary.
