In doing research for an article for AFP due out the beginning of July, I stumbled across the following statistic regarding the current trend of recruiting CFOs who were CPAs. According to Spencer Stuart, the number of CFO-CPAs among Fortune 1,000 companies has increased from 26% to 45% in less than three years. What are your thoughts about this trend?
